About Accellera Systems Initiative

Accellera Systems Initiative is an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to the development, support, and promotion of system-level design, modeling, and verification standards used throughout the global electronics industry.

Composed of a broad range of members, Accellera supports the work of various technical committees that collaboratively develop open and balanced standards intended to benefit the worldwide electronics industry.

The standards developed and maintained by Accellera are widely adopted across projects from leading global companies and semiconductor manufacturers, spanning consumer electronics, mobile and wireless devices, automotive systems, medical equipment, and other smart electronic products.

Accellera maintains an ongoing partnership with IEEE, through which many of its developed standards and technical contributions are transferred for formal standardization and long-term governance, ensuring the highest level of rigor and sustainability.
