Matt Graham, Sr. Group Director, Cadence

Bio: Matt Graham is Sr. Group Director of Product Management in the System Verification Group at Cadence leading the product management team responsible for verification software and AI-verification. Over his 20+ year career at Cadence Matt has held a number of senior technical and leadership positions in the Applications Engineering, Product Engineering and now Product Management organizations. Prior to Cadence Matt was an IC design and verification engineer. Matt holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and is based in Ottawa, Canada.

Abstract: There is no question that Artificial Intelligence continues to impact nearly all aspects of our lives. Chip development across all industries will be no exception, and in many ways stands to gain more than most. Agentic-AI and systems of agents hold a great deal of promise, combined with advanced fundamental engines, to optimize and automate many aspects of chip and system verification, with the potential to drive a new era of optimized and automated verification. Matt will discuss the challenges faced by chip and systems verification teams, and provide insight into how agentic-ai, along with Cadence advanced engines, will provide the tools to meet those challenges and accelerate IP and SoC verification closure.
